Hospital Cash Back
1.Per day (24 hrs.) Hospital Cash Back BDT 3,000 (BDT 3,000 will be claimable for every 24 hrs. of hospitalization)
2.Maximum 3 days of hospitalization will be covered in a single confinement (3 days of hospitalization at a stretch will be covered)
3.Maximum BDT 9,000 will be covered for a single hospitalization.
4.Maximum 30 days of hospitalization will be covered in the coverage period.
5.Maximum hospital cash back per year will be BDT 90,000
6.One (01) hospitalization coverage will be allowed per month.
OPD Cash Back
1.Yearly total cash back for OPD will be BDT 1,500
2.Consultation fees cash back will be allowed for Specialist Doctors (FCPS, MD, FRCS) only.
3.Consultation fees cash back will be BDT 500 per visit.
4.Maximum (02) two consultation fee cash back will be allowed within the coverage period.
5.Cash back for medical investigation/diagnosis will be BDT 500 (maximum cash back for medical investigation/diagnostic test will be at actual or up to BDT 500 within the coverage period)
6.01 (one) investigation/diagnostic test cash back will be allowed within the coverage period
7.Maximum cash back for per OPD claim will not exceed BDT 1,000
8.One (01) OPD coverage will be allowed per month.
